Which compensation is justified and why?
The German law about employee's inventions regulates exactly the compensation of employees if they make inventions within the scope of their terms of employment. In this area there is a large conflict potential as employees and employers often disagree about whether and which patent-protected inventions have found application in new products. Also the calculation basis for the enquiry into the reimbursement is not always easy to investigate.
We offer independent evaluations of the employee's inventions taking into account technical, economical and juridical matters. As a result, our customers receive an experts report with a monetary evaluation of the invention, taking into consideration all legal aspects.
